We're also able to offer full vertical integration through the build process utilising the expertise we have in construction contracting, M&E project delivery and site logistics. This speeds up the development programme, improves service levels and reduces the overall project costs.

The Shore Group have an extensive construction supply chain developed since they founded comprising in-house teams and tried and tested supply partners. Combined with deep experience in construction contracting, M&E programme delivery and site logistics gives Shore Construction significant resources to call upon to deliver each project.

SUPPORTING THE INVESTMENT LIFECYCLE

Once the project has been completed, our FM division is able to fully support proactive and reactive maintenance, offering clients a single supplier throughout their investment lifecycle.

This approach maximises building usability, with our team acting as a single point of accountability and knowledge for a project's FM needs. Our extensive FM expertise extends across multi-unit residential portfolios, leisure complexes and flexible commercial office spaces. We also offer full asset and lease management consultancy services in addition to day-to-day operational building management.
