Shore Construction operates primarily as a Construction Management contractor, delivering with a model we believe is better suited to complex, multi-stakeholder residential and mixed-use schemes than traditional fixed-price D&B.

Our Group model offers innovative solutions that help deliver the biggest projects in the construction & fit-out, property, retail, aviation and data centre sectors.

From our origins as a construction recruitment experts, the Group has diversified into a sector-driven services provider. Our diverse service solutions build, maintain and operate projects nationwide.
