Under our CM approach, we manage the entire construction process on the client's behalf, procuring and administering individual trade contracts on an open-book basis.
The client retains direct sight of costs, maintains influence over key procurement decisions, and benefits from Shore Construction's supply chain relationships without absorbing the contractor's risk premium that is built into a fixed-price lump sum.
In practice, this means earlier cost certainty through transparent procurement, greater flexibility to accommodate design development without punitive change mechanisms, and a better-aligned relationship between Shore Construction's commercial incentives and the client's own delivery objectives.
