Under our CM approach, we manage the entire construction process on the client's behalf, procuring and administering individual trade contracts on an open-book basis.
The client retains direct sight of costs, maintains influence over key procurement decisions, and benefits from Shore Construction's supply chain relationships without absorbing the contractor's risk premium that is built into a fixed-price lump sum.
