Shore Construction has been appointmed as Construction Manager for Phase 2 of Wimbledon Place, a landmark £33 million mixed-use development in the heart of Wimbledon, London SW19. This prestigious project perfectly demonstrates our expertise in complex urban regeneration and mixed-use construction.

A Development That Transforms Communities

Wimbledon Place represents everything we believe in at Shore Construction - creating exceptional living spaces that enhance communities while delivering sustainable, future-focused design. Developed by Thornsett in partnership with YMCA St Paul's Group, this ambitious scheme will transform a key site in Wimbledon's town centre.

The development combines 135 design-led private apartments with a new 120-bedroom YMCA facility, community amenities, and 396 sqm of ground floor commercial space. It's a perfect example of how thoughtful mixed-use development can address multiple community needs while creating vibrant, sustainable neighbourhoods.

We're delighted to work alongside Thornsett, a family-owned developer with a 39-year track record of delivering award-winning residential projects. • Provide expert oversight of all construction activities

  • Manage complex interfaces between residential and commercial elements

  • Ensure sustainability targets are met throughout construction

  • Deliver cost certainty while maintaining quality standards
