PROJECT OVERVIEW

This exceptional development comprises six high-specification homes, carefully designed to complement the area's distinctive character while providing modern luxury living just moments from the sea. The project includes:

  • 2 detached houses (Plots 5 & 6) offering spacious family living with sea views

  • 4 townhouses (Plots 1-4) featuring contemporary design across three floors

Each property has been thoughtfully designed by UAN Architecture Ltd, with planning permission secured through ARC Architecture Limited, creating homes that blend traditional coastal aesthetics with cutting-edge modern amenities.


PROGRESS UPDATE

As of May 2025, construction is progressing excellently with our experienced team of 12 operatives on site daily. The roof structures to the detached houses are complete with the town house roof structures ready to go. The roofs will be sealed within the next two week then internal works will start.Current milestones include:

  • Detached Houses: Roof cutting and masonry infills underway, with first-fix M&E installations commencing

  • Townhouses: Structural steelwork installation for second-floor concrete planks, with ongoing masonry works

The site set up, design development , health and safety and procurement have been and continually are being well managed. Our supply chain partners are working safely and in accordance with the phase plan including our groundworks contractor,  Morris Construction and brickworks contractor, Dalton and Ealing.

Our commitment to safety remains paramount, with 111 site inductions completed, 45 toolbox talks delivered, and regular safety advisor visits ensuring the highest standards throughout.


PROJECT TIMELINE

The development is progressing on schedule with completion anticipated in early 2026. The project is currently in week 27 of 75 having started on 28th October 2024. Upcoming phases include:

  • External envelope completion

  • First and second-fix mechanical and electrical installations

  • Premium internal finishes and landscaping

  • Final inspections and handover

Working for client Westcoast Lulworth Limited, Shore Construction is delivering these homes to the highest standards, incorporating:
